Personal note - my scalp psoriasis was extremely bad, so bad it was constant itching and even bleeding of the scalp. After using these products consistently for 2 months my scalp is now clear of any plaques, itching and discomfort. I now use the spray, shampoo and conditioner as a maintenace regime and that is working really well.
